Will my order be delivered tomorrow if I order today?
If you order before 5:00 PM on a working day, we will try to deliver your order the next working day. Although we do everything we can to deliver on time, in some cases delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been transferred to the delivery service, we will send you an email with a Track & Trace code, with which you can track the delivery.
Is the delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free for orders to the Netherlands and Belgium.
Can I pick up my package at a PostNL point?
Yes, during the checkout process you can choose a PostNL point near you. As soon as your package has arrived there, you will receive a message from PostNL. You can pick up the package within 7 days.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, when ordering you can choose to pick up your order. You can pick up the package at our location within 24 hours.
What should I do if I have not received my order?
First check the Track & Trace code, the delivery address, and your mailbox for an absent message. If you still have not received anything, please contact us for further assistance.
