How do I create a Greenfy account?
Creating an account with Greenfy is easy and can be done during the checkout process. With an account you can benefit from benefits such as receiving newsletters, a personal overview page for your orders and invoices, a wish list, and the convenience of quickly ordering with pre-filled information.
How do I place an order?
Choose the desired product and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'add to cart' button. You can then continue shopping or order directly
complete order.
How can I change my order?
Changes to your order are only possible if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service to report any changes.
What are the conditions for Second Chance products?
Second chance products are subject to the same conditions as new products. You have 30 days to return the product for free and always receive a 2-year warranty. However, discount codes cannot be applied to Tweedekan products.
