Can I pay in cash?
Yes, cash payment is possible at our location. You can reserve a product online and choose 'pay on location' or contact us to arrange your order.
What should I do if my payment was unsuccessful?
If payment is not completed, you can place the order again. If the amount has been debited but you have not received confirmation, please contact customer service. For failed PayPal or credit card payments, you can check the information you entered and try again or choose a different payment method.
Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoices are available in your personal account or will be sent to you via email after you place an order.
